We have traditional ties with the publishing arm of the American Institute of Physics (AIP) who was the publisher of the first twelve AMiTaNS conferences. Volumes 1186, 1301, 1404, 1487, 1561, 1629, 1684, 1773, 1895, 2025,
2164, 2302 were published online by AIP only three-four months after the end of the respective meeting. Due to the extraordinary pandemic circumstances in the last two years as well as
due to an administrative reorganization AIP staff accumulated a big few-months
delay in publishing schedule. This is the reason the Proceedings of AMiTaNS'21, volume 2522 to be published only on September 26, 2022.
Mean-while on April 6, 2022 we contracted the proceedings of the forthcoming 14th AMiTaNS (AMiTaNS'22) again with AIPP.
Each presented talk can be submitted as only one contribution. All papers will be rigorously refereed, and the accepted ones will be published as a volume of the Proceedings series of the American Institute of Physics Publishing. The manuscripts must be submitted in AIP conference proceedings format of eight 8.5 x 11 inch single-column pages. The length of papers is optional. According to the publishing policy of AIP the papers can be longer/more substantial without any cost implications. Tutorials, reviews, etc. are welcome as well. Detailed directions how to prepare your manuscripts you can find at Preparing Your Manuscript. The authors should send as attachments the electronic versions of their final works to the proceedings editors at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org . The manuscripts will be accepted at the conference and after its closing, but no later than September 15, 2022. This will allow us to ensure the proper reviewing process. The manuscripts must be accompanied by Requests for Permission to Reuse Previously Published Material form (if any).
The full set of rigorously refereed, and the accepted papers concerning AMiTANS'22 were uploaded to the AIP CP server in the end of January 2023. The AIP CP were scheduled to be volume 2953. On November 20, 2023 1.5 years after the conference the volume was published on-line at last. The big delay attended this time by a number of bureaucratic obstacles infringed on the usual rhythm of the conference series.
