The registration fee for the conference for participation on-site is 220 EUR (or equivalent in US dollars or leva) without postal expenses and covers the conference materials, office rent and equipment, coffee breaks, social program and the proceedings. It should be paid via bank transfer after acceptance and approval till the very beginning of the conference. Subject to the circumstances and regulations we intend to keep the hybrid format. Then the participation fee is reduced to 120 EUR. In case of last-minute decision to change to on-site participation, the difference of 100 EUR can be paid in the same way or in cash upon registration. At this stage, it is difficult to predict what happens then and we will follow the changes in the scene. Any updates on the organization you can find on this website.
